I Like photo shop it's all I use, and I'm just learning so, I figured best learn one software well than a couple different ones poorly.

Re: Photoshop or GIMP
Just got PS CS3 Has some killer new features. No more Image ready, it does animations right in PS and allows for layers in the animations. And has a quick select feature for cutting objects out of a pic instead of doing the lasso.

Re: Photoshop or GIMP
Photoshop is the best image processing software around. Even CorelDraw cannot match up to it.
It might be expensive but it definitely worth every single cent you pay for.

Re: Photoshop or GIMP
Don't tell, but I have free Photoshop 7.0 and it's the best. I don't think Gimp, or Paint (is this a joke?) can compare to the all mighty Adobe Photoshop.

Re: Photoshop or GIMP
Paint is exactly the same as photoshop, minus the filters and stuff. Basically, all are the same, only difference is the filters and options haha.
