I'm making a logo for my new website and this is what I have right now

I guess your right. I though the background looked different when it is transparent.

Dunno The Colour Dosent fit, maybey set the font to grain merge or lower the opac

Pasting text across 3 different pictures not blended together is never good. Any font would ruin it.

Its true try blending it a little. Use a blur or something, but even so that is not the right text for a banner. they should be easily read so that people can understand your website!

Actually, I would suggest removing the pictures. That's a banner, not a logo.
There's 2 type of logo:
1) Logotype
2) Emblem
3) Typographical
Logotype is only a text logo, examples would be:
Emblem is having an icon to represent your company, example would be:
Typographical Logo makes use of typography, example would be:
After taking references from these logos, I suggest you revise your logo idea.
