Pasting text across 3 different pictures not blended together is never good. Any font would ruin it.

Its true try blending it a little. Use a blur or something, but even so that is not the right text for a banner. they should be easily read so that people can understand your website!

Actually, I would suggest removing the pictures. That's a banner, not a logo.

There's 2 type of logo:

1) Logotype
2) Emblem
3) Typographical

Logotype is only a text logo, examples would be:
Transparent Background 8cb8c99dd23ebe142c478b8b63a914b1

Emblem is having an icon to represent your company, example would be:
Transparent Background 0f90087dc28e14e8b3996c722f15362a
Transparent Background 793a7c5343f4a802f0e465bc9855dde3
Transparent Background 1fb79efd8e8b2081564ec788ca4c185a

Typographical Logo makes use of typography, example would be:
Transparent Background 121ce64d91c5ef3e5a082d3a1be7a673
Transparent Background 1f48cfc2121ae7e4b501aa94b398dcc4
Transparent Background 3666edb483bf199b33e5d356f578de0a
Transparent Background F44ca6878cd042bc532df04141d2e905

After taking references from these logos, I suggest you revise your logo idea.
